Have your parents, drop your coverage, or change their plan.

You can’t. THEY have to drop you.

It seems that you already live not only in separate homes, but in different states. If your parents are Medicaid recipients, you would have to notify your parents case manager about your move. That way he/she would be able to close your benefits through your parents. After that youwould have to apply for medical benefits in the State were you actually live.

If they have private medical insurance they would have to notify their HR manger or a person who is responsible for employees medical benefits and they will help them to take you off.
